• 3.2 If changes affect the duration or quality of the tour, we will inform guests in advance and provide options for rescheduling or refunds.

• 4.2 Guests must adhere to safety guidelines provided by tour operators and follow the instructions of the crew at all times.

• 5.2 Participation in tours is at the guest’s own risk. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen incidents.
